Public Sector

We engage in strategic investments across a range of
market conditions—from normative events like
Earnings Calls to less conventional periods of
Geopolitical Tension impacting international defense
contractors. By leveraging a unique network of
proprietary intelligence from expert consultants and
globally situated geopolitical insiders, we position our
investments well ahead of critical events. These
preliminary, activist-driven investments form the
backbone of our profitability in this sector, enabling us
to capitalize via derivatives on timely insights with
precision and foresight.

Private Sector

We finance both Public and Private Legal Arms
Contractors
in early-stage contracts with Private
Militias, leveraging arbitrage opportunities in
environments where government funding is scarce,
and high-volume arms orders heighten liquidity
needs. Our capital infusions enable contractors to
procure arms for mercenary end-users, maintaining
strict compliance with domestic and International
Law
and AML through our subsidiary network. We
also closely monitor mercenary activities and arms
flow via technical surveillance, positioning ourselves
to strategically invest or short the countries where
proxy financed contractors operate.

Performance Report

The Noir Division is responsible for actively managing a fixed
capital of $89.3 million USD.
Since its inception in 2022 Noir, has achieved an impressive average
Annual Return (AR) of 59.2%.

Primary constraints on larger returns include compliance fees and structural challenges with deals
and unstable arms suppliers. Noir achieves consistent returns through agile fixed capital
allocation. Larger AUM could necessitate diversification and increased risk aversion, yet strategic
positioning enables above-average performance. Noir’s holdings, mainly in inflationary currencies,
reinvest 15% annually into fixed capital to stabilize balance sheets.
