Nasir Karim is the Head Principal of Noir Division in Quantum8 Technologies, where he oversees strategic investments in global defense and military asset sectors. A seasoned expert in international compliance, anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks, and technical intelligence, Nasir plays a critical role in leveraging advanced surveillance and regulatory expertise to maximize returns for Quantum8. His ability to seamlessly integrate intelligence operations with financial strategy ensures that the Noir Division remains a leader in navigating volatile geopolitical landscapes.

Nasir’s career began with the founding of Mil-Tech Intelligence, a private intelligence firm specializing in satellite analysis and defense contractor supply chain monitoring. Mil-Tech provided tailored data to hedge funds managing over $2.4 billion in assets, generating $1.2 million in annual recurring revenue at its peak. Under Nasir’s leadership, the firm delivered actionable intelligence that enabled clients to achieve average returns of 106% on investments informed by its insights.

Building on this success, Nasir joined Quantum8 Technologies in 2021 as COO and Head Principal of the Noir Division.
